I was working with Charles when I was interested in building a new Westin home in Sunterra community and he was so wonderfully supportive and responsive. It was the best customer experience thus far working with any builders. He was very patient in answering all my questions, sending me the info I requested in a very timely manner, and went above and beyond in taking my calls even on his off days. He does everything with a positive and happy attitude! 5/5 would recommend this builder because they hire the right people who really do aim to provide the best customer service.
