I love the way Westin builds their homes, treats its customers, and us Realtors. It shows how much they care and that also goes into how they build their homes. Winding staircases in every home, tall ceilings, curved features, media rooms.. you can’t go wrong.

Patrick is very friendly, funny, and talkative. He took the time to go over the details that we wanted to discuss in our meeting and he happily answered all of our questions. We even received print-outs of all the information discussed for reference. My in-laws have also worked with him for a previous home sale in Sugar Land and he was a great individual to work with and really accomodated their needs. Personally we have had a wonderful experience with Westin Homes. Also, the model home is lovely and well furnished.

Patrick, Paula (Sales Reps) provided us with an exceptional service. They have answered all of our questions, were responsive and patient. Joe (Builder) also did an OUTSTANDING job; he was patient, courteous and knowledgeable. It has been almost a year since we moved in and the quality of the home is superb! Do NOT listen to some of the reviews! It comes down to how you approach people. Some of the reviews state that theyve had racial issues, which we certainly CANNOT attest to and we are a mixed couple. It seems like its a default excuse in todays day and age for any sort of frustration with the intent to damage business.....In conclusion, give the Westin Home Team a try, we are glad we did!Chris Shelby, USAF, Ret

Haven’t purchased a home yet, we toured bridge land Westin with the representative Patrick. Just wanted to say that we went above and beyond to show us around and explain everything to us. Definitely looking into this for a future purchase. We were debating between Elyson and Bridgeland, but he made us certain that bridgeland is the right community for us.

Had a great time! The sales guy went over everything with us, showed us some great houses, but was not too pushy. We have not decided yet, but Westin is highly probable.
