It has been six months since we purchased our WRH and we couldnt be happier. There is always going to be issues that arise with a new build, but anything that was brought to Stevens attention was fixed very quickly, even after closing. The attention to detail on their homes was what really caught our attention. They are all so beautifully done and unique.

We purchased a newly constructed West River Home and couldnt be more satisfied, it is a quality built home and we have had no issues with it to date. The company representative Steven Stories was great to work with during the process and even came out to the home when I was out of town during a hard freeze to check on the water service line. Great people who go above and beyond for customer satisfaction!

I purchased my home in June of 2023. They were really wonderful to work with as I was trying to sell a home in another city so I could move. They were quite gracious with the time it took me to sell due to my original buyer bailing on me. I am in Granbury and love my community where I am. My home is so pretty. I get compliments on it, especially my front porch-which was a huge selling point for me. Warranty was an ease and when I needed something, Steve Storie was there to help. All issues, mostly minor, were corrected in a timely fashion. I would buy a home from them again.

I built a beautiful home three years ago with West River in Westworth Village. The team and subs made the process smooth and efficient. There were minimal warranty issues and what did need to be addressed was completed quickly and to my satisfaction and I am picky! I would definitely use West River again and love love my beautiful sound home

Had a great experience buying our home! WRH was very professional and punctual in the walkthrough, paperwork, change orders, etc. for our home. Easy to work with and our home is well built. Any warranty or documentation/paperwork items were addressed quickly and professionally post close. Would recommend.

Where do I begin? My wife and I fell in love with the house even before it was completed. The process was smooth on behalf of West River Homes. All agents we came into contact with were so customer service oriented. I am happy to say that i would recommend a West River Home to any of my relatives. Response turn-around time (post purchase) was amazing. they always came to help whenever we needed something completed. I gladly recommend West River Homes to anybody looking for a new home.
