We bought our home from Wes Peoples in 2020 and closed in late 2021. I would say our first experience was a bit rocky, we werent made aware of customization options or told we couldnt do things we found neighbors did, didnt have the best account experience, and likely no fault to Wes Peoples construction took longer than anticipated due to labor and material shortages occurring during Covid years.That was a previous team however, and Ive been very happy with the service and support we received this year for a bathroom leak. We reached out noting the home was still new and noticed water leaking from master bath to downstairs deck. Wes Peoples, Steve Alvarez in particular came out the very next day to assess the damage. It was badly damaged, the entire support structure had to be replaced down to the trusses, a complete gut job.Steve assured us they would handle the bathroom work, and ensured the bathroom would be safe and new. He did exactly that. He was very friendly, accommodating, and a great communicator to ensure everything was put back in place and put us at ease. As Steve noted its not his day job to repair but we are fortunate to have had him complete this project for us. I definitely recommend working with him and his team.Thank you Steve!
