This is beautiful upcoming community. D.R. Horton homes are built with great floor plans. After a lot of house hunting we ended up buying the Hampton floor plan. We love the house !! Erik Crowfoot assisted us all through the buying process and it was a breeze. Their continued assistance even after move in is highly appreciated! Best folks to work with

Love this neighborhood! So many things come standard. Love the KitchenAid appliances, Kent Moore cabinets, open concept for plan, Oversized walk in closets, and large covered back patios. Location to schools and shopping is ideal .

Wellborn Settlement offers a great value for comparable homes of the same square footage and finishes. This is a great series, with beautiful quartz tops and an attention to detail. The development is located in the prominent CSISD school district which appeals to families. I will be showing these homes to my buyers. A+
