My experience was unique as we purchased our home sight unseen. We moved from Florida to Seguin and I had so many questions! Haley was great with quick responses and even sent pictures of progress as our new home was near completion. Chris was awesome dealing with the little items that needed to be touched up after we moved in. He coordinated with The proper people and things were done very quickly. Landon is on-site and has been great , he’s knowledgeable and just a nice guy. The closing team with Pulte made it possible for us to close without being present as we had not yet arrived in Texas, communication with them was clear and easy. The entire team at Walnut Bend made our move to Seguin seamless and worry free! It was a huge move for us and we are very happy with our cozy home. Although we miss our beach home in Florida we are learning to love Texas and the sunsets are really beautiful!

This experience of buying a new home has been one of the easiest transitions personally. Everyone goes above and beyond trying to meet your expectations. Two people in particular, Brandon , went above and beyond for my family. Was always available for any questions, answered them in a timely manner, and was very resourceful. In addition, Joey was always readily available for anything. If he didn’t know the answer to something he went above and beyond to get you the answer or guide you to the right resource. You can genuinely tell when someone actually cares about their customers.

I can not say enough how great this group. From the very beginning of walking into the model home and speaking with Haley. She always answered all my questions, dealt with me changing my mind and getting the change done quickly. I could send her an email and she would respond back very very quickly!! To working with Landon on the building process. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. We could call or email him with questions and get an answer shortly after. Then ending with meeting Chris to go over all of our warranty stuff. He made sure we understand and knew every single thing about our warranty on everything and how to handle certain situations if they happen. If you get the chance to do business with this company, especially if it is with those 3, take it! Do not miss the chance, you will not find a better group to work with or a better quality of home!

The real estate market in Texas is crazy, I finally after 6 years of work had my credit right to purchase. Only to find the market was totally unreasonable. Pulte had a buyer incentives program that helped me get into a brand new home, one of the highest quality Homes built. Because its Pulte duh.Closing costs were minimal, no hassle, very easy process. Wish I had drama to report but there was none. It all went smoothly, it was a huge relief.

I am very pleased with my home and the neighborhood. My only disappointment is they stopped building homes when only half way through with the neighborhood and sold the remaining lots to another builder, who as yet has begun building.
