Great experience, very quiet neighborhood, friendly neighbors, I really enjoy living here, so far it has been awesome. I was able to purchase my house at a great price and its already appreciating! Melinda was my sales associate and she did a great job, she would call me back EVERY time she missed my call. She would also e-mail me as when I had questions. She was super sweet and was such a joy to work with, she made the process AMAZING! My loan officer on the other hand wasnt the best (especially for a first time home owner, she just wasnt attentive enough, not my cup of tea, but we got the job done)that would honestly be their only area of opportunity in this whole process.Get Melinda, she will help you and she will hold strong to her promises!! she is AMAZING! DR Horton/Express homes is BLESSED to have her working for them!!!

Loved every step. From Meloney to the DR Horton lenders, to the closing. Professional and root and support you all the way. Highly recommend. First time home buyers and they didnt give me the stress, headaches, and run around I was told to expect. It was a smooth process and should we buy ever again, we will start at DR Horton. Thank you Meloney, Amy, Brittany, and Judy for all you exceptional work.

Lovely place to live. Lots of dogs in the neighborhood and sometimes they will wonder. But they always go back home love it here.
