I had the pleasure of working with Jake, and he was great. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and offered great prices. All lawn maintenance was well taken care of, making the community look fantastic. The lock and leave community feature is a big plus, and the finishes are simply beautiful. Highly recommend Jake for any of your needs!

Jake is the best. He knows not only his community but he really knows the market of the entire region. He really helped us make smart decisions in one of the most important purchases you can make.
