We found our dream home with Victor! Absolutely beautiful homes, so many upgrades and coming from a construction background they are built RIGHT! In the middle of a contract to purchase one of these beautiful homes a family member got a cancer diagnosis, unfortunately keeping us from purchasing. Victor refunded our money against the contract and has given us a blessing in a very hard point in our lives! I will 100% be coming back when we are able!

I am a lifetime resident of California for the last 46 years and have never lived in another state. I decided to finally move to Texas where my mom was born and my two siblings live last November.My fiance and I saw about 25 houses in the span of three days and we were still undecided on which house to choose from. I kept going back to the VictorE home. The love and care that went into the design of the home can be felt as soon as you pull up to the property and even more so as soon as you walk in.Victor was very kind and personable and answered all of my questions via text, phone calls, and even was available for a second visit to the home.After my finance and I met with Victor we bid on the house that night and entered a purchase contract in less than 48 hours. I recently had the pleasure of meeting with Victor from VictorE Homebuilders about a house for our family. During our conversation, Victor demonstrated all around creativity, the ability to bring it down to a level I understand, and exhibited a total knowledge of the build process. After our conversation, I was afforded the opportunity to meet up with him at a current build he is working on for a walk through. Following the walk through, it is evident that he takes pride not only in the craftsmanship, but with building rapport with all the workers on site. If youre looking for a homebuilder that will provide quality, clear communication, and transparency throughout your project look no further.
