We just purchased a new home and Matt was very helpful throughout the process. He explained everything in detail and never got frustrated with all our questions ( and we had a lot of the lol) he helped ease our anxiety and made us feel comfortable with the transaction. Laura is also very nice and helpful. We really appreciate everything and we will def recommend them. This community is new, clean and very beautiful. Great Floorplan with efficient use of space. We have an Oscar that we love. Huge pantry, lots of kitchen storage, 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. They have responded well to our warranty issues promptly.

The Masters Plus Model Home is what drove me and my wife to drop our earnest money to purchase one. The sales team Matt and Laura has been the sweetest and most helpful reps out of the 4 builders in the community. That alone was enough to move forward.My biggest gripe is that the model wont necessarily reflect what may get. Its almost a bait and switch. We love all the touches with the Model. We love the modern range slipped in the countertop, but were not getting it. We love the modern undermounted sink, but apparently we are not getting it but instead the out dated drop in one.We love the cabinet crown molding in the model, but again, were not getting that either in our Masters Plus as well. We also loved the cabinet lights and you guessed it, were not getting it.We loved the cabinet color in the model in Ventana, were not getting that as well. I think my home will be the unfortunate guinne pig for the changes. I would think that would the job of the model and not the unsuspecting customers home. Those are my gripes.I would suggest allowing the customer fill out surveys of pros and cons to standardize a look of a home and building a model base on that and instead of this bait and switch thing

!!PLEASE READ!!!OMG! I totally understand that everyone’s experience and expectations will be different. I would like to say that I am a VERY DETAILED and PICKY person. With that in mind Trophy Signature has been phenomenal with meeting myself as well as my husband’s expectations with our new home! I started out doubting the whole process due to the material shortages, but everything was on time (minus the permanent garage door). We were informed months in advance by Matt and Laura that garage doors were back ordered, so it’s no surprise. Both of the representatives in the sales office (Matt and Laura) have been so nice through the entire process. Whether I emailed, stopped by or called they didn’t seem to be irritated. I definitely appreciate their genuine patience. NOW…. The New Home Orientation, which was 4/18……All I can say is DOUG MILLER gave us a top to bottom, inside and out orientation of our home and I have NO QUESTIONS!! I literally have nothing left to ask. He was soooooooo thorough!! He DID NOT rush or even let us rush LOL! This was hands down the best home buying experience we could’ve asked for. Yes, we were frustrated due to our over excitement, but the reality is Trophy Signature has been informative, professional, honest, diligent, and patient through it all! Thanks to the entire team at Ventana!! -The Rockwells

Very pleased. It’s a beautiful community. Team is proactive taking care of minor major issues . Convenient way of communication and addressing the problem occurring within the house and is taken care of pretty quickly.Management stops by personally to make sure problem addressed has been taken care. It’s a perfect dream home. Thank You and warm wishes to the entire team

Love Trophy Signature Homes! We had a bad experience with another builder and ended up having to find another builder months into our New Build. We were so lucky that Trophy Signature Homes started building in Phase ll of our community. Our new home is GORGEOUS! We couldnt be happier with the house and the customer service. Amazing floorplans with outstanding elevations. I love contemporary design and this is one of the very few builders who offers them.

We arent sure where we are going to buy from just yet, that being said the lady in this office has been the nicest of all the builders that we have met in the DFW area by far.
