Chad is incredibly professional and customer service oriented. He made my wife and I feel very comfortable during our entire experience, with no pressure like other salesmen. He even drove us to another community about 45 minutes away to show us a floor plan that was unavailable for viewing at Ventanna. Bella Vista is incredibly lucky to have him on their team.

A fantastic neighborhood with quiet cul-de-sacs, scenic hill country trees and scrub bushes, and a lovely winding main boulevard.The homes are affordable for the size and quality, and the variety of floor plans and elevations make for a more interesting but not incongruous stylistic feel.The best part is that you’re in the country, but still in a suburban neighborhood. Easy access to Blanco or 46 takes you to shopping and eateries within a 15 minute drive. Lots of wildlife from deer to birds. And the streets are positioned far enough apart by design to lots of green space between. That means every backyard backs up to green space!

Joey and Nick are amazing. All the homes are greenbelt lots with mature oak trees. The model is one of the best single story floor plans in Ventana. I love the vaulted ceilings, modern designs, and dining space your guests will actually want to use 😀
