Empire as amazing from start to finish. Jeramiah was my real estate agent. I moved from out of state and he dealt with showing the home to my sister while answering questions via facetime etc etc. he went above and beyond and helped ensure I closed on time including answering half a dozen phone calls from me the day my loan was supposed to close WHILE OUT OF TOWN WITH HIS FAMILY! I feel bad I had to disturb him but he was so amazing. That being said Empires preferred lender is Cornerstone. STAY AWAY!!!!! I will be leaving a separate negative review for them but the reason I had to contact Jeramiah so much was because the day of closing they ghosted me. I could not get a hold of anyone and it was on a friday when i had multiple deliveries coming to my new home saturday. The entire experience with cornerstone was a nightmare but Jeramiah was the only reason I closed, on time, and got the keys to my new home! -
