Whether your project is big or small, Unique Home Construction is the right choice. We have used them for all sorts of projects from minor repairs to a whole home remodel. Mike and his team are always respectful, honest, and charge a fair price. They stand behind their work and at even the first suggestion that something was not exactly what we envisioned it was changed with no questions asked.The quality of the finished product is amazing. Unique properties brought our nearly 100 year old home into the 21st century in terms of functionality, while restoring the original details and charm. That sort of transformation cannot be done by just any builder. Based on our experience, we will use Unique Home Construction for all of our future contracting needs.

Unique Home Construction is an amazing company to work with. We have done several house projects with them varying in size and each one was handled with great care. They go above and beyond making sure that the project is done right and is affordable. They helped us get our house ready to go on the market while we were several states away. It was so nice to have a company we completely trusted taking care of something so important to us. They are honest, hard working and completely reliable! The work they do is beautiful. The owner and his employees are a joy to work with. I truly felt like they were looking out for our best interest. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for any size job you have.

This is the second time we are using Unique Properties and I am as happy with the work now as the first time. This time we remodel our master bathroom and it turned out really great. The enclosed shower is a work of art with layers upon layers of structure and protection. Only way to be able to promise a water proof shower according to Mike and his team and the shower is a stunner! Unique Properties have always stayed on budget for me and been just all around a great company to work with. You really feel that they care about the homeowner. They put out a quality product and are master craftsmen in my opinion.

We have used Unique Home Construction on multiple remodeling and even small repair projects in our home and have been thoroughly satisfied with the quality of their work, the attention to detail in what they do, and the quality of people who perform the work. I have been impressed with their sincerity, integrity, and the care with which they treat their customers. They consistently display a genuine desire to ensure that work is completed to the customers satisfaction, and it is evident in the manner in which they handle every aspect of the job. They guarantee the quality of their work, and they personally handle any concerns on the part of the customer. They have my highest confidence as a consumer.

We have used Unique Home Construction, LLC for several large projects (and a few small ones). Mike and his team always deliver as promised, and more. The whole team is professional and the job gets done right, on schedule, and on budget. We will continue to rely on Unique Home Construction for all of our construction needs. We have also referred family members to Unique Home Construction, LLC. Dont get taken for a ride by a stereotypical, dishonest, slow working, over-billing contractor (like we have before). Hire Unique Home Construction and know they will do the job right.

My husband and I bought a great home, with a slightly odd layout and need of a little updating. The project was a big one for us, but we could not be happier with the result. Mike and his crew created new doorways, reworked HVAC and electrical, put up new walls, and transformed the house so that it makes sense for us and our family. Most notably, their attention to detail meant the changes to the layout seemed like they were original to the house. No one would walk in and think that this wasnt how the house was built. The house is still unique, but it makes sense for our family now--without losing its charm. Mikes foreman, Leo, is a real gem, who cared so much about our satisfaction throughout and paid attention to even the smallest details. (Thanks Leo!) Our hand scraped hardwood floors throughout were a major undertaking, but they couldnt have turned out better, and the quality of the work really shows. The quartz countertops and marble backsplash gave me my dream kitchen. And the painters were diligent, and corrected issues without us having to point them out (or even notice the problem). Mike cared about delivering the quality product we wanted. We are saving up for our next project and will call Mike again. We trust it will be done right, and on budget. Thanks Mike and Leo for making our house such a beautiful and functional home!

Unique Home Construction is a one of a kind company! We have used them for several house projects and could not have been happier! We hired them to create a screened in porch for us. We were unsure of how we wanted the end result to be but with their expertise and vision we now have an AMAZING space! They do not take any short cuts while working on a project which we so appreciated! They are not only affordable but stay within their quoted amount. The men are friendly, hardworking and talented. We will for sure be using them for more house projects and would HIGHLY recommend them for any work you need done!

Unique Home Construction personifies professionalism & effective communication. I hired Mike Sepik and his team to do a major construction project at my house and he did something few people ever do – he kept his word. A “job well done” is one that is done well despite hurdles and unforeseen circumstances. Mike’s team of professionals cleared several hurdles due to my home’s previous owners and their poor craftsmanship. Further, Mike was able to communicate these challenges to me and help me not only understand the issue, but also help me learn something about construction. In addition, Mike’s team did an incredible job executing the plan-on-paper and bringing that plan to life. I highly recommend Unique Home Construction based on the character of Mike Sepik and his commitment to customer service.

Mike did a wonderful job on remodeling our kitchen, it is beautiful and functional, we had it remodeled about a year ago, we are still loving it!
