Our experience purchasing a Unionmain home in Woodcreek was exceptional. From our first meeting with the sales counselor, Tammy Johnson, to closing, we were thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and availability of both Tammy and Rolando to answer our questions and keep us informed throughout the process. The quality of the home exceeds all others we considered. Woodcreek is a wonderful community! We highly recommend Unionmain.

We were looking for about 8 months and we finally opened our eyes to the opportunity of a brand new home versus used. We quickly realize there were many options of new home builders and were quite overwhelmed. We started walking into many of the different model homes but we definitely noticed a difference when we walked in to Union Main and met Tammy and Frank. The thing that stood out the most was the quality of craftsmanship in the model home was in line with the quality of the homes that were available for quick move ins. After walking around the house I knew this was the perfect home to start our family. Tammy was very passionate about the integrity of Union Main and their quality of craftsmanship which was apparent when you walk throughout the house. Tammy really cared to find the right home to fit our family. Our experience was great throughout and very memorable.

We were looking for our first home and came across Union Main homes. We were pleasantly surprised! The quality, details, and most of all the price point was like nothing we had seen before compared to other homes. Tammy, their sales rep was amazing! She was professional and such a big help from beginning to end. Even when I had a question, on a random Saturday, she was always just one text away.

I have been looking at model homes for over a year, and found a few that I liked, but was not sure about location, pricing and quality. Then I walked in and met Tammy Johnson. She could tell that I had been looking for a while. She showed me her model which I liked, but then she showed me a few of her quick move in homes and I fell in love with this one. She was very helpful through out the whole process, and made sure any needs or concerns that were addressed promptly. The whole process was seem less, from working with my realtor, to the walk through on our home and lending and closing process. The time frame was 30 days from offer to final possession. My friends and family are impressed with the quality and value. This is a builder who cares about workmanship and the families who live in them. I can’t say enough about the UnionMain family.

Tammy Johnson and Unionmain have been great to work with. Unionmain builds quality homes.My sister and I live together and had been in the same house for the last 17 years in Garland. After we both retired we were open to living a little farther out. We liked our house in Garland but it was 2 stories and as we got older that begins to create issues. We started looking in Rowlett at older homes because Rowlett is where our church home is and close friends. We had looked in Fate before but did not want to commute to work in Dallas and Mesquite across the lake, but after retirement that was not an issue any longer.Our friend at church had been looking for another house also for the same reason. They told us about Unionmain in Fate. We came out and looked and found a very good 1 story floor plan that would fit us. Our friends had made a decision to have a house built here to their specifications. One month after they did we made the same decision. Unionmain allows you to make modifications and various choices when the house is built from the beginning. They also have connections with a very good realtor who sold our house in Garland in less than a week. We needed as much time to get our house ready to put on the market as Unionmain did to build one. The whole process of making choices and getting the exact plans down went well. Tammy was great to work with throughtout the entire process all the way to move in.I looked closely at how Unionmain constructed their homes and was impressed. It appeared to be better built than other builders in that price range. Also if we had bought an older home it is very doubtful that we could have found one that fit us as well as the Colorado floor plan that Unionmain has. Then making updates and modifications and getting the energy efficiency in an older home that this new home has would have cost us much more.

We were very satisfied with her responsiveness and overall guidance during the home buying process. She went above her role as a unionmain agent to make sure our needs were met. Would highly recommend her for anyone’s unionmain home buying needs.
