I recently purchased a beautiful UnionMain home in Evelon. Sonia Mathai, the Sales Counselor for Elevon, was wonderful to work with. She understood exactly what I needed and guided me through every step of the process. Although this was not my first time buying a home, it had been over 20 years, so I was understandably nervous. There were terms and processes I wasnt familiar with, but Sonia was patient and didnt judge me. She truly acted as my advocate throughout the experience.I highly recommend this builder, and if you can, ask for Sonia; your home-buying experience will be a rewarding one! :)
