Luis Del Castillo has been amazing to work with. This gentleman has an eye for detail, hospitality, and strong family morals and values. Not everyone needs that when purchasing from a builder rep, but it sold it for me. I was personally thrilled for the experience and the incentives were incredible!! I am so thankful I purchased in this first phase of the development, because I only see the market value going up on these homes, moving forward. Thank you for the opportunity!! If you are purchasing new construction, and like me, a first time home buyer, or if you are an investor, Luis is your guy!! Union Main Homes are offering the lowest IR and price point for quality/incentives in the area. I have done my research.
