Our cabin took only 28 days to build. We just absolutely love our home. This is our 6th house we have owned but this is by far the most enjoyable. The insulation is phenomenal. It keeps our core set temperature and maintains it. The A/C and or heat barely runs through the day. Cars are always stopping to take pictures. Some will ask if this is a real cabin and the answer is... Of course! Very pleased and happy with this purchase. If we ever move, well buy another.

Veterans dream cabin for retirement. The Homestead cabin was made to the exact specs that we worked on. Everybody on the Ulrich team did an awesome job in keeping this customer satisfied. Johnny Salazar was the first to assure us that we were getting a quality product that was built with pride and made us feel like we were joining a special family. Then we got excellent service from the installation crew. Loren and Jose did an amazing job setting the cabin on property and making it fit in minimal space. Then the installation crew leveled it off and installed skirting. Bob, Rick and Jose were very professional and did quality work when putting on the last finishing touches. There was small amount of mis-communication between the construction loan and the appointment scheduling of the push crew which was understanding due to the distance of the delivery. We had a Bear Lake Cabin built they did a great job. Weston was great to work with and made sure everything was to our liking. He made the customizations we requested and were thrilled. We didnt have electricity for four months after it was delivered. Once we got electricity & powered everything up, they came right back out and fixed a few minor things. The installation crew & the porch / skirting crew cleaned up after themselves. We couldnt be happier!

Ulrich built 3 custom cabins for us, and 4 carport/storage shed units. With 4 different building types with unique specifications, they nailed it! They were patient with our specific requests and responsive to changes and issues. High quality craftsmanship and construction! They are a high caliber company from beginning to end, full of integrity and I would recommend them to anyone! Mike Moore and Troy Ramirez were fantastic to deal with.

Things didnt work out as I planned, Ulrich couldnt have been more supportive , they said they would love to help me in the future if Im still in market for log home, I saw where customer talked about being harassed , In my experience this was not the case. The staff was very supportive , although I do need to get my deposit back, I dont see that being a problem either. I feel Ulrich would not invest the time and help they did if they were as unprofessional as the other customer stated.,,, thanks for the time and your cabins are beautiful,

We bought a cabin and finished it out after they delivered it to our ranch.The price was fair, the shell was built with very good materials and we are well pleased with it and our finish out.They have a reputation for quality and I can certainly recommend Ulrich to those people looking for a quality cabin.

We have had our cabin for almost a year. We had an issue with an a/c unit. Brent, the technician, made a special trip to take care of us on a 100 degree day. He is awesome, very knowledgeable, and worked to solve the problem and check the other units to insure they were all working properly. He is a true asset to the Ulrich group.

I purchased a large shed 16 x 38 which is built so well and is so beautiful in its attention to detail that I would be proud to call it my home if I were to live in it. I am using it as an art studio and community space and cant wait to get the wiring etc done so I can use it and open it up for others to use! It was built on site at my property because the building was too big to go down my road so there was a 3% upcharge which I thought was very reasonable. I was supposed to have a crew and it would be done in 3-4 days. Unfortunately (I thought at first) I only got one man. Bob surprised me!! He was prompt, professional, knowledgable and with a work ethic that wouldnt quit. He was completely finished in six Loooooooong days. What a guy! I have had so many complements on the beauty and quality of the structure that Im hoping Ulrich gives a referral bonus lol... Now if they would just cal back and let me pay them the balance LOL.. Maybe its a Christmas present or a retirement present? Ulrich? Talk to me baby.

I bought a 610 SF cabin. I like it for what it is. They usually dont provide a refridgerator but were going to provide one on this purchase. They didnt and only credited me $200.00. I looked but I could not find one for that amount. The microwave had a dent in the trim work. I built a deck and asked them what stain they used and they never replied. So in short, as soon as it was delivered, they went incommunicado. But I like this cabin a lot. In general I like Ulrich Log Cabins.

I was asked the second time about the cabins on my phone.... both my wife and I took a tour of the new 36 by 64 being built right now..... and we are highly impressed with it.... & Johnny is an awesome guy.... but this is getting up there in price....380 ish ... and thats without land septic Foundation, driveways Etc.... like I said, dont get me wrong ,I love these homes... it is only 2,300 sqft....
