One of the best experience building my family home! The knowledge and experience is great! The attention to detail and communication is really good. They do help you from A to Z on your builds! We’re super happy with our house and we saved a bunch of money! Tim and his team are awesome.

We had an AMAZING experience with UBuildIt! We built a beautiful home and the UBuildIt team helped us every step of the way from design to our certificate of occupancy. I knew nothing about construction when we purchased our land and started dreaming of our forever home. Tim and his team taught us so much and we started the build with step by step knowledge of the process. The UBuildIt team was super responsive and supportive. Overall a great experience that I would do again in a heartbeat.

My name is Jay. I own a small company called Specialty Millworks. I have with worked with Tim on many projects. Honestly speaking, I find him to be sincere, honest and extremely diligent...because he does care. He carries many qualities that I dont see in other builders. Are there problems, circumstances that render a trade, bad weather delay..you bet. That will be there sometimes no matter what. The difference is he always available to work through some details that give client/contractor the edge to correct an issue and move forward. That is one of the most important assets in this business. Keep doing what your doing Tim!!

Yes, previous owner was not The Man but current owner is! Tim helped me in more ways than I can state here, but believe me, he is a man of his word and a straight shooter all the way. We are about to move into our custom built log house that I helped build! Thanks Tim!
