We got 4 estimates for our screened in porch. TWT was not the cheapest, but Keith really understood what we wanted and was far more helpful and communicative than any other contractor. He helped us with the HOA requirements and the permits. He communicated the plan and stuck to it. TWT was a pleasure to work with! It was the best experience with a contractor that we have ever had. I would recommend Keith and TWT to anyone.

NO B.S.! I wanted to build an outdoor living space and I tried the FaceBook ad with Allied Outdoor Solutions. Allied quoted me 344k 😨 I was skeptical on trying another contractor. Keith gave me a way better price for what I wanted and I decided to change gears and have him upgrade my roof! TWT was simple to work with, streamlined the process and started the same week! We’re working at my pace and doing projects in phases! Just look at these awesome results!One week Later hit by a massive Hail storm baseball size breaking windows and denting our new roof and gutters! Keith didn’t hesitate to take care of the process and getting the repair started! I can’t recommend a better company, TWT is a company you can trust.

I contacted Keith/TWT Exteriors for the replacement of roof and to build a porch roof extension. I was price sensitive and after a bit of negotiation agreed on a price. The work is of a very good standard and I was very pleased with my end product. My scope changed and therefore so did my outlay. Not the cheapest but good quality product. Any items I was not happy with Keith was flexible and adaptable at making changes throughout the construction. Very good communication. Some delays between build stages/sub contractors which I think was because they had other jobs on, I was not on a deadline so did not bother me. I’d use them again. Very please with end product thanks Keith, Sean and team.

TWT built us an outdoor living space - gabled covered patio addition (attached to roof), with flagstone, railings and electrical (4 recessed lights and fan).They were amazing! I highly recommend. Keith was super responsive, and from our perspective, the project came in on time and on-budget -minus a concrete surprise we found after demolition started. Keith and his team were honest, cared about what we wanted and did everything to bring our vision to life. Their roofing experience was a big plus for us as the patio cover was being attached to the roof. They showed up when they said they would, had a plan and a sequence as to how the work would be done, and we were kept abreast every step of the way. Everything happened the way they said it would - such a pleasure to work with! I would work with them again.

Keith and his team are highly professional, knowledgeable, and very accommodating.Keith specifically goes for perfection; he won’t settle for less. He monitors every aspect of the project, even if the customer misses it. Our project was challenging wrt the timeline. It was just two and a half weeks time , and within this timeline Keith and his team delivered an exceptional , a beautiful outdoor living space . I recommend them for any outdoor living project .

TWT built a covered patio on our house. Great job! Were enjoying our back yard more than ever! The crew made one error during construction that required taking down a part of the roof and raising it six inches, and they fixed it, without even suggesting that we should have to pay more than they originally bid. Great team to work with.

Keith Wright and his crew did an excellent job on our new patio. They removed our old wooden deck, pergola, and 12x12 concrete pad and installed approximately 550 sq. feet of concrete and a gorgeous real roof with tongue and groove ceiling, gutters, and electrical. They also repaired our underpinning, replaced our front walkway (that had sunk), and removed a weird little leaky window (including hardy board, drywall, paint).Keith is great at communicating and is a good problem solver. In our initial meeting, he had good solutions for our challenges and things we were unsure about. I felt he was honest throughout the whole process even when news wasnt good (delays). He took care of all the details like making sure the area was always relatively clean, and keeping the workers on their toes. He addressed every concern we had and made sure we were always happy. We were impressed by the expertise of the crews he used and feel that the quality of what they produced was even better than we hoped for.We have worked with several contractors in the past and TWT Exteriors and Roofing produced and excellent patio and made it more pain free than we could have expected. I couldnt recommend them enough!

We were looking to have our front walkway done with stone to be more elegant. In addition the walkway around the back and side of our house was an old walkway with stone, wood and rotting railroad ties.Keith was exceptional about coming out personally to give me a bid and help me avoid some pitfalls. He explained pricing options and brought samples. I probably made a couple of major changes to the original bid that Keith gladly updated.TWTs team are very good. TWT Exteriors, (Keith and Sean managers) installed a screened in porch at my house. I am an older single woman and need to rely on companies that are competent, do quality work and have trustworthy workers. The electricians, the cement guys, the Kool Koating workers, the painters all did a good job. They were on time, courteous, knowledgeable about their work, maintained respect at all times, and they did a great job. The carpenter, Neri, was quick and did quality work. If I had concerns about any of their work they worked with me and it was resolved in a positive manner.Finally, at the end there were a few lose ends and one of the supervisors, Sean, finished installing a gutter spout that had been left off and replacement of fence slats that were accidentally damaged during their work. Mr. Sean was like his workers, Knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, timely, quick and did a good job fixing the fence. He also provided me with some helpful tips regarding care of the screened in porch.This company is top notch. If I need any more work done I will hire them again. BTW, the screened in porch was well built and looks great. While it rained this morning I sat in my porch and didn’t get wet. Yay, no more junk blowing into my back porch, I can get more use of the back porch now..

We had some terrible contractors on our 3-year remodel journey of our home. We had some contractors who caused some major problems on our roof deck, and Keith and his team were able to come in and fix the problem quickly. I met Keith five years ago when we were looking at a house and he very kindly came over and inspected the tile roof and gave us a very competitive bid for all the exterior landscaping and renovations. We did not get that house but I remembered how conscientious, great, attentive and wonderful he was to work with, even though he didn’t make anything from us. When we needed to repaint and get some exterior renovations done to our home, the first person I thought of to get a quote from was Keith. Their team was excellent. Not only was the exterior painting done quickly and well but it was by far the best price I found out of several quotes. We have had house painted before but we have never experienced such exemplary service, conscientious work, they went over one side several times because the sun and stucco kept absorbing the paint, quick turn around time, and at such an amazing price. We finally found and are renovating a new house and you can bet who the first person I will call to work on the exterior paint and get a quote from. Thank you Keith for such a great experience and we look forward to working with you again!

What an awesome team and experience!It started out odd as someone came to my door which I normally don’t answer but thought ok why not as I saw a company logo on his truck and quickly checked online for reviews and everything looked good.We got a quick estimate for hail storm damage to our roof and they did the work promptly and in 1 day!! They tore off the entire roof and replaced it in the same day!! How awesome!! Now yes it was very loud inside but that is expected and I was warned ahead of time as zi work from home but was super happy with the installed the follow up and the entire experience that Brian Price provided!
