If you choose to build with David Weekley in Towne Lake, I can only hope youre fortunate enough to have Sam Farnkoff overseeing your homes construction.Anyone that goes through the process, knows it can be quite stressful and overwhelming with the constant flow of decisions, but Sam made it seamless. He has great perception to recognize and address any concerns, before you could even think of them.Hes incredibly patient, personable and conscientious to deliver an exceptional building experience with David Weekley, as well as being dedicated to making your home, your castle.Susan S.

We moved into our home in 2016 and recently have had an issue with several of the spindles on the railing (for our stairs to the second floor) falling out when lightly touched/pulled on by our young kids. It happened to about four spindles over a short period of time. I called David Weekly to see if they could/would address the issue. Within minutes Sal Holman (our warranty rep) called us back and scheduled an appointment to look at the railings. He came out ASAP and agreed there was definitely a serious safety issue with the way some of the spindles were installed.Sal was genuinely concerned about the safety of the railings/spindles seeing as how we have two young girls that sometimes use the spindles while climbing the stairs. Sal called the contractor and the contractor was at our house within an hour. The contractor said he checked all of the spindles and repaired the ones that needed it.Sal did an EXCELLENT JOB in taking care of this issue for us and did so in a timely manner. David Weekly stands by their product!

It’s a beautiful creature of town lake development many people use this place to have the photo shoot. Very soothing and calm atmosphere excellent location and not crowded.
