I found Lazaro on Google after another Contractor had left the job unfinished and most of the things that they had done were done incorrectly. On short notice, one day to be exact, Lazaro came in and helped men to get the job finished the right way. My mother is disabled and he was remodeling so I could move her to Houston to be closer to family. Lazaro went above and beyond to help us. I would highly recommend his service to anyone. Best contractor I have worked with in a long time.

I got to know about Lazaro from my friend and ordered for a swimming pool for my kids. The staff was extremely easy to contact with recording my essentialities with pool. It was delivered and perfectly located in my garden space and they assured that was provided with no water leakage. 5 stars for their exceptional services.

Through online ads, I come to know about Lazaro made a call to their official staff for tergoals development in outdoors which are excellently done by them. The tergoals wood material and construction was efficiently performed that is perfectly serving as shade for sitting. Great first time experience, recommending Lazaro for all.

Top Notch is truly as their name states.Lazaro and Nene came to our home and helped us update and repair our home. We started with one room and continued using them throughout our home. We are clients for life.They are punctual, detail oriented, thorough, honest, and do what it takes to get the job done to the clients’ complete satisfaction. We cannot put into words how grateful we are to have found this company.They have helped us with removing popcorn ceilings, installing additional lighting, crown molding installation, painting, removing and enclosing a wet bar and converting it to a closet, prep and install tile on both floor and wall, drywall repair, termite damage remediation. We are currently planning a bathroom renovation which we will be using them for.We will not use another contractor in our home unless it is out of Lazaro’s scope of expertise (which is not much). He will tell you if he needs to use another expert to help you get the results you desire. He will not try to do something unless he feels confident he can do it to his high standards.This team treated our home as their own. Cleaned up after themselves each and every day. They even helped us move furniture and do demo and prep for other projects we were going to attempt on our own.Lazaro and Nene are not only our contractors, they are our friends who have become like family.

My home front gate was in bad decomposed condition; therefore, I ordered strong, durable and wooden gate and 2 fences from Lazaro Company. These were delivered in appropriate fitting, size and at reasonable price with excellent quality.

Topnotch Remodeling did an amazing job at my house. We could not found any other company that will treat me the way they did. Performance was fenomenal, timing was as they stated, for the price I was given it was worth it Yamel the owner explained everything that was going to be done and gave me extra detail at no cost. For sure will be using them again in the future.
