Simply love the design and location of my new home. I’ve been in the home for about six months and feel home is extremely well built.Given some building delays during construction and my interest rate about to expire, I had to close on house with several items yet to be completed. I cannot say enough great things about the Construction Manager, Pete Sansiviero. He is extremely responsive, knowledgeable, understanding and helpful in getting all the items complete and making sure I was happy with them. His customer service and focus are outstanding. He gets things done! Titan is lucky to have him.Overall, extremely happy with house, quality of build and customer service from Pete! Great job!

The entire Titan team made my buying process so easy! Everyone was professional and courteous. I did have to wait a little past my original closing day due to construction not being complete, but everyone was very helpful with this extension. I love my brand new home :)

What originally attracted us to Titan Homes was their beautiful floorplans and well designed spaces. After recently closing on our home, we couldn’t be happier with the end product!The Titan Team delivered us a beautiful home that we absolutely love. Their unique and well-designed spaces are unlike the run-of-mill new builds popping up all over the city. The Titan Team helped optimize our vision to craft a modern home that truly aligns with our lifestyle.As we prepare to move in to our home, Cheryl, Brittany, Pete and the entire Titan Team have been responsive and available to address any pending items/repairs that need attention. Top to bottom, the folks at Titan design and execute building beautiful homes.

While the process for building with Titan was longer than we anticipated, they were able to deliver a beautiful home for us with a floor plan that suits our life style.This review is specifically for our project manager Brandon Mendez.Brandon started at the latter part of our building period. And since he started working on our build, the communication was clear, responsive, and action driven. He was always on-site monitoring the contractors and communicating our needs to the craft workers. He was also organized and detailed with our request and was able to drive execution on most our asks. We really appreciated his partnership, and even after closing, we still keep an open dialogue with additional needs we have after we move in with most of the acclimations met. We really appreciate Brandon being part of the team.
