We all know buying I home can be one of the most scariest unsure decision that anyone can make and being that this would make me a first time home buyer, I came I to this process blind..I didnt know where to start, what to do first or who to trust in this process .I felt very vulnerable and very sceptical all at the same time. Before coming to Titian, I talked to several other places even those home developers in those new subdivisions getting build and everyone would tell me get your credit to a certain credit score then we can help you or yes we can help but it will take 3 plus months to get you there. I was already getting ready to give up and just start renting again but I told myself ok this will be the last shot , let me go in and see if the convo will go the same as all the other places. The whole entire office staff was great very inviting and all very friendly people. Tyler as well came out of his office with the friendliest warmest smile and hand shake, took me to his office and actually listened to what I needed and obstacles, he took the reins from HELPING me get my credit score up to where the banks need it to be in order to finance and did it within 2 to 3 weeks to staying in touch with me through the entire process and with the property where the home is being placed ..he didnt try to get me into something larger or more expensive than what I wanted and what my income would allow comfortably..He wasnt pushy at all and always gave me a very warm inviting feeling when I would talk to him..He never rushed me in making any decisions or hurried me off the phone. Every time I would walk into the office everyone knew me by my name like they have known me forever. When we were closing on the deal, the entire office was so happy for me and really made it a big deal the best part is the first conversation and last conversation when I started and after signing papers for the closing all started and finished with Tyler ..he is the most amazing person inside and out so if you want a great home you cant go wrong at Titian, if you are going in this feeling the way I did, go see Tyler at Titan. He made me feel 100%Confident with my decision. Thank you Tyler and the rest of the Titan family out there in Elmerdorf, Tx.

When I was looking to purchase a manufacture home I was at a complete loss and did not know what I wanted nor did I know what to do to get started. I decided to reach out on Facebook to Titan Factory Direct and was referred to this dealership/ location.Although they were closed on Sundays, I was still contacted by Breckin Coffeey who was very flexible with his schedule in order to help me find my dream home. He was very down to earth and nice to work with. He made me feel confident with the process by addressing all of my questions and more. Not only did he reach out to me individually but when I was concerned about buying land vs renting a lot, he was just a text away. More importantly, he orchestrated a conversation between me and his finance team during a time that met my needs. Because of Breckin and Titan Factory Direct staff, I felt like part of a family and appreciated all the individual assistance I was given.The reason I did not give full stars was because I felt the buying/customization process was easy, but I felt like I had to do a lot more work on locating land and lot options than I originally expected. However, I still thank everyone at Titan Factory Direct for their continuous support and expertise.

It was meant to be. After going to three different places Titan won my heart ❤️, just by walking in the door. The gentleman that helped me was Tony. He had such a fun energetic vibe, that he won my attention. After looking at a couple of homes and deciding which one was the one I wanted, he made the process super easy, by him telling me what the bank may ask for I had everything ready to go. So when he would call asking for something, by the time we we’re done talking I was emailing him what he had asked for. Again this all happen because he prepared me before hand. It took me less then 2 weeks to get everything done. Now for the service, delivery was phenomenal, they would call me ahead of time with all the details a day or two before so I could be prepared. What can I say that I haven’t said already. I recommend everyone to Titan specifically Tony. If I were to ever buy another home in the future, no questions ask these are my people.
