    I just bought my first home from Maria Howard. She was kind warm and full of information. She was easy to talk to and made sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. She went the extra mile to get me great discounts and something that could fit in my price range. She helped me for months deciding what I wanted and waiting for me to get my funds together. Maria isnt your typical sales person. you know the type, the kind that make you feel like they dont give a rats booty about you are your needs, just wants your money. This wasnt Maria at all. she was patient with me and answered my questions and worked with my times. Maria is exactly what a salesperson should be. she gives a lot of care into each transaction that she does. She really does go the extra mile for her clients. Maria really made this large decision an easy one. She walked me through the entire process. she was just absolutely amazing! If your going to buy a mobile home get with Maria she was an absolute gem to work with. All the staff is really kind and welcoming but she leaves you feeling like you have a new friend.

    Maria made the experience well worth it. I wasnt too sure if this is what I wanted but after looking at there homes and speaking with knowledgeable and well experience ISR Maria Howard I decided to move forward with the process. She has made it extremely care free on my end with little to do but wait on the process. Definitely would recommend Titan to anyone looking for great living in the country quiet life.

    When we landed at Titan, I had already been through the initial application process at two seperate companies. Neither of which were actually willing to help or even a pleasant experience once we got to the nitty gritty. I had honestly lost hope of purchasing a home this year. Initially, I went to Titan looking for a repo on their lot but unfortunately that home had already been sold. Tina lost no time helping me look at other repos- even ones not on their lot & assured me she could still help me purchase one if I chose to have her help. Ms. Tina never pressured me, she understood my needs & genuinely showed interest in helping me. After viewing a few of their lot models, we decided to put in a new application with Titan & ultimately purchased my new 2022 single wide!! Tina is such a pleasant person to work with-she was always available when I had a question or concern about anything. The GM Brandon was on top of everything, ensuring the whole process went as smoothly as possible. Our closing had a hiccup but Marissa worked diligently with the bank & patiently with us! Overall our experience was great. So if you want people on your corner, that have patience, communicate & truly help people, Titan all the way!

    Titan went above and beyond to get us into a home that was within our time frame. They have always been very availble if we had any questions or concerns. Frank and Lacey were wonderful. I have no complaints regarding titan. Thier trim out crew on the other hand needs some improvement. All in all we love our home and are very grateful to titan for getting us out of an expensive apartment.

    Christan, Kelly, and Josh have been outstanding throughout our entire process of buying our mobile home!!!!     Ive been shopping in this west Texas heat ALL DAY. This was the first staff to actually make me feel like this was all about ME. I was offered an ice cold water and we actually had a conversation about myself and my family before we got down to business. Other businesses I went to wanted to jump right into selling the house.
