Emily Dunn is a total go-getter. As a LIC TX RE, I’ve worked with her on three transactions, and we’re diving into our fourth! Every client I bring to her never even considers Three Creeks, but Emily goes above and beyond, staying in constant contact with me to keep me in the loop on all the latest incentives. Thanks to her hustle, we’re changing lives with what we can offer. When we team up, it’s magic. We find the perfect home, whether it’s sight-unseen buyers, late-night signings with 10 p.m. showings, or fresh buyers who weren’t planning to move but jump at the chance when they see what we can deliver. She’s truly an amazing partner!!

I am a local realtor and have worked with Emily Dunn many times out in the Three Creeks area and I want to say that the level of service and professionalism that my buyers and myself have received from her has been beyond 5 stars! She goes above and beyond her job duties no doubt! She has always been available and had an open line of communication even if she’s off work! She knows those homes inside and out and has always been able to ease the minds of a first time home buyer. You will feel confident that you and your clients are being taken care of if you are working with Emily. Three Creeks is one of my favorite areas to show my buyers. Wes, the Supervisor is great and went out of his way to help me with a few things as well as Chad. Smooth sailing with DR Horton and they fixed everything that I asked immediately. This is our first home we bought from DR Horton and we also relocated from a different state. From the moment we saw the model to the moment we moved in Emily Dunn and Glenda Gutierrez were DREAMS to work with. Everything was smooth sailing, efficient and precise communication, pictures, paperwork, you name it they were on it. We were worried about the stress from relocating and they made the process so quick and easy but they were both professional lovely people and put up with my obnoxious texts, calls and ramblings. Highly recommend!

Emily is wonderful to work with and finds solutions to any obstacle that comes up. Wes Ket is the best lender at DHI. He’s a military specialist and is amazing to work with. Ask for Emily for 3 creeks and Wes for your lending and you won’t be disappointed! Wes and Emily = Happy Buyers and Realtors! Central North division builds quality homes and their construction team is great.

I had such an enjoyable time looking at the new builds with Matthew. I had all of my questions answered and he took a lot of time looking things over with me. Im a repeat customer and have owned two beautiful DR Horton homes and would love to return to Three Creeks, where I was one of the first to build there in 2015. Matthew is great, very professional, courteous and does an excellent job finding answers, also with follow up. I received a prompt follow up call as promised. I highly recommend and love the new models that DR Horton offers now. I just hope they remember their loyal customers like me with incentives :-).

This is truly a great location and a variety of plans to choose. Emily Dunn, our Sales rep was amazing. She took tine to listen to what we were looking for and we fell in love with one of the plans that checked each of the boxes for us.
