    I was really impressed with the selection and variety at this Thomas Outlet location. All within easy walking distance. We toured 5-6 homes in 1 hour. They answered all of our questions and gave us print out floorplans. Really enjoyed working with them

    We shopped around before buying our new home. A lot. I was ready to give up. We had already agreed that we would look “just one last place.” That one last place turned out to be Thomas. It was such a different atmosphere than any other place we had looked. No high pressure “used car salesmen.” And a BIG part of that was Lauren. She was so patient with us. And understanding. We lived over an hour away, and came every weekend and looked at this house. Lauren just helped us every time and answered our questions. She was a true gem. We love her, and we love our new home!

    My husband and I stopped in to get information on some homes and the staff was more than willing to answer any questions we had. Got shown some of the homes and they went into detail about everything. Great customer service.

    Lesley with Thomas Outlet Homes did a great job of selling us our, hopefully, forever home. She was not too pushy and didnt try and over sell. We walked in, talked with her, got a map of the yard and were handed keys and told to go explore and that if we needed anything, all we had to do was write down our questions and she would answer them to the best of her ability. Overall, the home buying experience was relatively easy. The only hiccups were with financing, more so on the banks end than Thomas Outlet. The next step in the process is construction and setup, which we hope will be as smooth. If you want to buy a great looking home for a great price, go and talk with Lesley.

    I am purchasing a new home through Thomas Outlet Homes, and the process is so smooth, until you get to the bank, then its a lot more intricate. They dive into all areas of finance and lives, especially for the title deed. But besides that the sales person Im working with, Lesley Korogianos is very knowledgeable and she is also patient because she answered all of my questions, helped me with all of the changes I wanted to make to the house, this includes additions. Shes a great lady to work with, and I love having her assistance with this process.

    Thomas outlet homes is an absolute Godsend. They are a family run shop that cares about their customers. We bought our new home from them and the service has been fanatical.
