Lorie and the manufacturers (Clayton, Titan and Cavco) have done an outstanding job. This community is beautiful inside and out, highly recommended, not only because is beautiful but because of the location and everything it has to offer. School is 4 minutes away and The Woodlands Mall is 7 minutes away. Stop by and see it for yourself.

Lorie and Stewart have been great from the very first interaction to the last. I love that Lorie is very responsive no matter the time of day which is a great quality to have from a property manager. The community is in a perfectly placed location to where you get the nice small town feel while only being 5 minutes from the city. So far we have enjoyed our time living here**EDIT**We are in a CAVCO built home and I would recommend everyone go to the TITAN or Clayton homes. Once you sign the paper work they ignore your phone calls or request for them to fix their warranty issues. When they do “fix” the issues they send unlicensed contractors to “fix” the issues and then have to deal with the issues coming back. I’m not expecting the home to be perfect by any means, CAVCO is just a shady company to buy from so stay clear of them. Other neighbors I have spoken with with CAVCO homes have had the same issues as us. The Reserve community however has still been awesome! Facilities are always clean and upkept

We had a smooth easy process with Bryan at Clayton Homes. Nice, quiet area. I would recommend for those looking for a home but can’t afford the ridiculous prices for a regular home. Tell them Shannon sent you!

Wanted to share that Bryan, Stewart, and Lorrie were excellent throughout the whole process. From the first day to the close and home welcoming. All are very responsive and informative with their replies. They worked with us to make a dream come true. The neighborhood is beautiful, you cant beat the location, and the property is well kept.

My experience with The Reserve has been great! The location is beautiful with lots of nice spots nearby. Stewart was very accommodating with all of my questions and helpful showing me around the housing options. Everything about the process has gone smoothly so far and Im looking forward to spending my time there.

Im a Resident here, we moved in a few week ago and we feel really good here it’s safe and a clean area, we have gotten great service from the people that work here specially from the manager Lory she’s is really nice and always helpful with everything, we highly recommend this area to move into !!!
