As a fellow business owner I would like to thank Jimmy and his staff personally for our design on our new home. My wife and I were expecting a newborn and wanted to have a new home for our family to be raised in. Jimmy helped us with all the new modern designs and features. He worked with my wife and I personally to get the job done right. In the end we are pleased with our new home.

My wife and I went for a walk and saw these modern looking houses that felt out of place, but looked really amazing. As we were walking by, we peeked into the model house and Jim waved us in for a sneak peak.These houses are very modern and have all of the amenities. The sign says $400k - $800k. The house they have on display is around $500k.We arent in the market, but these prices are pretty much on par with the local market. If I was in the market, I would consider this house/brand/company.

New Modern Homes exceeded our expectations in both quality of materials used during our build and the professionalism maintained throughout. We will likely be in this home for a long time to come but would gladly purchase another home in the future with this builder based on our experience. This is everything we wanted in a modern build and I can’t say enough about the attention to details and the quality of materials.

Very modern construction. But keep close look at floor plan as it may be small in regards to the rooms from peoples expectations.
