Phase 2 will have an additional 200 + waterfront homesites at various price points. Also, Phase 2 will introduce a Marina with Hotel, Luxury Apt./Condo, Restaurants and Retail. -

The Islands of Rockport is simply a wonderful coastal community. We were the first to build a home here and have lived here for 7 years. We love seeing the wildlife every day and meeting many of our neighbors who have become best friends. -
