All new Weekley homes feature 2 x 6 framing which allows for additional insulation; bringing the exterior walls up to the R20 range compared to R13 in homes with 2 x 4 exterior walls. The price point is not escalated to offset superior energy efficiency. Why wouldnβt you consider a David Weekley home? -
