Houses are of decent quality. Un-level foundations and excessive settling damage seem to be a problem for a lot of them, but the warranty helps.Great modern/urban floor plans with mid-range finishes that are a bit generic, which can be good or bad. The location is amazing for the price point with direct access to both Riverside Dr and Ben White as a bypass. Virtually anything you could want is within a 15 minute drive, making getting around Austin a lot less painful than it is from some other areas. -
