James and his crews have done three major projects as well as several smaller ones for us. They are currently doing one larger renovation and one smaller. Their work is excellent with good attention to detail. James and his wife Shana are very affable and easy to work with. I will continue to use them in the future.

I highly recommend Texas Gulf Bay Homes, LLC. We had them build us a home in the Royal Sands neighborhood 3 years ago. James and Shana were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. They were very communicative and responsive throughout the process and really moved the project along quickly. They finished our home right on schedule and even completed it before some other houses in the area that had started months before our project started.James and Shana have a knack for making homes look high-end at a much lower cost than many high-end builders in the area.What few issues we had after construction were promptly and professionally dealt with. We discovered a shower pan leak a while after closing on the house, and James got it taken care of immediately, without hesitation.James and Shana are honest, hard working folks. Their word is their bond, somewhat of a rarity in the construction business. Even though prices for materials and labor skyrocketed shortly after we signed the contract with TGBH, they never tried to pass on the cost to us or retrade the deal.Weve hired TGBH since closing to do other work to the home since closing and wouldnt hesitate for a moment to hire them again for a new home.

I have toured a number of Texas Gulf Bay Homes projects and I have stayed multiple times at a property they built and their craftsmanship and attention to detail are second to none. Their designs always include functional and usability enhancements that only come from being experts in the field. The owners make the build process so easy with 20+ years of custom building experience, they know the ins and outs of building a custom property to suit your needs while ensuring a top quality build. They have strict standards with their sub-contractors and hold them accountable for high performance. What does that mean for me as the end buyer? Unprecedented peace of mind that I will not find corners cut or shortcuts taken. If you need a custom build project completed in the areas around Port Aransas, Rockport, Goliad or Victoria- LOOK NO FURTHER. Seriously- give them a call. You will not regret it.
