Quiet (for now?) nice neighborhood with all new homes on 1+ acre lots. Very impressive layout on the one home we were able to view - except for the ATTIC water heater (they can move down at garage space expense) and the very low end small wb fireplace. Mantel is beautiful and they will build a larger fb but, of course, at our expense. We may chat more later. -

If you need a custom home built in the Rockwall or even DFW surrounding area, this is the company to call. Its been great working with hard working, honest people. -
