Lexi. in Aubrey is the best. Came by and then again with my husband. Both times she was outstanding!Love the Mantel but trying to find the most suitable lot for us is a bit of a challenge.The reason for 4 stars is the drainage. If the builder can design a viable solution, we could be their next cash buyer. -

We love this community/builder! We are in contract to purchase one of their homes. Overall our experience so far has been great. The homes/community are beautiful, the lender has been great and although maybe a negative for some, my wife and I are happy how the homes come standard and not having to customize with various options. Also, Wes the sales rep has been great. Thank you Wes! -
