I got to sign the contract with sales manager Richard Berquist last year and finally we moved in our perfect home now with my boyfriend! Our construction manager Mack McGowan did such a wonderful job on building our house. Mack and Rich would answer our questions, give their professional advice whenever we ask. Mack and Rich brought us the best experience from Shaddock home. Now we’re 100% happy with our house with Mack and Rich continuously being around to help us as we’re not so experienced house owner! It was wonderful experience working with Shaddock, especially with Mack and Rich!

My girlfriend and I are extremely pleased with our homebuying experience facilitated by Rich Berquist and Mack McGowan. Rich worked with us every step of the way and exhibited exemplary flexibility and customer service as he addressed our many ad-hoc requests. If we needed something amended or wanted to know if something could be done differently, Rich was always able to address our concerns. He even stopped by on Memorial Day to check up on us after we moved in!Mack McGowan was an invaluable resource throughout the homebuilding process. He gave us timely updates showing the progress of our homes construction, answered literally every question we threw at him, and offered helpful suggestions along the way. Mack went above and beyond when it came to making sure our needs were met and he was personally committed to ensuring our home was everything we wanted it to be and more. I am worried if we have to buy another home because it will be very difficult to have a level of support and knowledge equal or better than the one Mack offered us.

Mack McGowan is building a home next to ours and has been a great construction manager. While we did not build with Shaddock, he has taken prodigious care to inform us of certain timelines and events that might take place to affect our day to day lives. He also assisted us in a personal matter when Oncor tried to charge us for outages that were not our fault - he provided a letter to prove Oncor was at fault and this helped reverse charges. We greatly appreciate his kindness and quickness to respond to any problem.

Our builder Mack McGowin worked tirelessly to get our home completed so that we could close and get moved in. The quality of work done on our home is exceptional and the Shaddock QA process to identify and correct flaws prior to closing delivered a beautiful home to us. The sales team of Richard and Sabrina did a great job of advocating for us and helping us through the process. We are very pleased with our Shaddock home in Tavolo Park.
