SWP did a fantastic job completing our new home. Everyone we worked with were wonderful, patient, understanding and helpful.We reached out to SWP after our first builder filed bankruptcy and left us in the middle of our build. Even though this is not their typical build, SWP graciously agreed to take on the task to complete our home. Jumping into the middle of another companies build is no small feat! So many unknowns, and SWP did a marvelous job of assessing needs and and finding needed fixes to have quality & craftsmanship in every detail. Beyond our expectations in every process. They walked us through every step of the way, understanding our trust had previously been broken, they wanted to make sure we were comfortable with the process and all questions were addressed.Thank you Wes, Trennon, Candi, Jason, Casey and Ashley. The Beatty family is very pleased with the results of choosing SWP Custom Homes for our recent build in Godley, TX. The experience from start to finish was smooth and effortless. We chose the lot and made our selections on the plan and any modifications before getting started which was clear with no hidden surprises. We had great communication with the group from SWP every step of the way and the speed at which they finished the project is a testament to their superior planning and scheduling. The craftmanship of the home really shows in the end as we can truly call the house our dream home.

Although we did not have the pleasure of building an SWP custom home from start to finish we did buy an already completed home. We were so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship that made SWP an easy choice. We’ve just completed a new home build with SWP Custom Homes. The experience was outstanding and the results truly impressive. I found the SWP team to be effective, efficient, professional, personable, considerate, and responsible. We started with a general idea, and they walked us thru developing plans, specification, contract. The actual build was effectively managed, in part because they are backed by a great team of tradesmen that they have built over years. I consider myself fortunate indeed for using them to create my home.

Thank you SWP for building our beautiful custom home! From our very first meeting, Wes, Casey, and Candi were open to and excited about my design concepts. I came to them with some very unusual ideas, and instead of pushing me toward some cookie-cutter design, they worked with me to create a truly custom home. SWP took the time to communicate with us and with their vendors throughout the build, ensuring that the vision we wanted for our new home came to life. One of my favorite features, a unique cabinet door design, was hand-crafted by SWP’s cabinet vendor after I showed him my mach-ups. They really went above and beyond! We were able to design a custom dressing bench with storage in the main bathroom, a ventilated linen cabinet in the utility room, and they even measured my reach to be sure that this short girl could reach her hanging rod over the dryer. SWP was also careful to run the numbers/test my designs to make sure they would fit in the home and look how I envisioned. We ultimately adjusted the original design of our craftsman fireplace based on SWP’s suggestion, when it became clear that the look I was going for wasn’t going to be the best fit for the house. And the end result was AMAZING. I now have a gorgeous, unique fireplace that I love, and it is a real statement piece in our living area. In any home build there are obstacles to overcome, but SWP addressed these in a professional and caring manner. Jason may have lost some hair during the construction process, but he listened and worked towards building us the home we now love. We felt like we were valued and respected customers whom SWP honestly wanted to please, no matter how “unique” our ideas.

My husband and I sold our acreage and home of 39 years and knew we wanted to build in the gated neighborhood of Las Palomas in Godley,TX. The SWP Custom Home team from the very beginning included our wishes in the design phase to the actual build! They guided us to make the choices we wanted in every aspect. The subs used were exemplary to not only complete their trade in a timely manner but in a professional completion. The Diamond Landscape crew could not been more cooperative from the design to the plantings!Needless to say, SWP Custom Homes met our expectations in every way and earned their 5 star rating!Not only get we get our dream home, but we gained great friends at SWP Custom Homes !

We are so impressed by our SWP home, we love the quality of work, we love the responsiveness of their team when issues came up, and we love the attention to detail in their build. During snowmaggedon in February, we had no issues with frozen pipes and could see all pipes in the attic to check for any possible leaks due to the way they were installed. They are amazing!
