We built our house in 2021. I give credits to the warranty department. There were some issues as expected with a new built. Whenever I opened a claim , DR Horton honored the claim without question and fixed in a very timely manner. I am very happy with their service from warranty department.

We closed on our DR Horton home in June, and we are very happy with our choice of builder and floor plan. We had an amazing salesperson, Karen Snow. Karen made our home buying experience amazing. She was very informative and honest. We feel very blessed to have her as our salesperson. Karen was patient and kind and answered any questions I had honestly. DR Horton offers great incentives and Karen made sure we were thoroughly aware. Karen thank you so much! DR Horton, Karen Snow is a gem and rockstar! I also DHI mortgage and had great experience with Dee Dee Culpepper and Shelbi York. They really worked to make sure we made it to closing. I am very thankful!
