I’ve had nothing but great experiences working with Mike @ Superior H & M Homes. He’s easy to work with, responsive and considerate of the buyers needs. Not to mention he builds a great home and his kitchen designs are some of the best around!

Love my new Superior H & M home! It has a lot of designer touches and high quality fixtures! They have thought of everything! Love the big open island kitchen with an eat in area and lots of storage room! The beautiful master bath has a walk in shower, a garden tub, and double sinks! The master bedroom is stunning with its tray ceilings! The master closet is huge and has has storage drawers which are an added surprise. The formal dining room is really elegant and I can’t wait to have family over for the holidays! The living room is spacious and has plenty of room for guests! The Jack and Jill bedroom has been great for my guests! Love having a bathroom and shower in the 2nd bedroom. The backyard is a perfect size and great for my two dogs! Mike and his team have been very responsive and helpful whenever I need them! I have very pleased with Superior H & M homes!!

We bought our new home from Mike Mostagasi and Superior H&M. The quality craftsmanship and attention to detail in our home coupled with excellent customer service made buying our home a very easy and pleasant experience. Mike and his team build beautiful, quality homes. I cannot tell you how impressed our family and friends have been with the use of space and open floor plan.Mike personally took the time to show my husband and I several houses. We bought our new home from Mike Mostagasi and Superior H&M in March of 2020. The outstanding floor plan combined with all over-the-top features like the modern kitchen and appliances; exquisite bathrooms; roomy closets; high ceilings with fabulous fans are second to none. Even more exceptional is Mike and his teams availability to answer our questions and address any “new construction” issues that have arose. We couldn’t imagine buying a home built by anyone else! We live only a few blocks from the beach, and many of our family and friends have stayed with us to enjoy North Padre Island. Every one of them have told us how impressed they are with the features and layout of our house! Basically, Mike and Superior H&M Homes are Rock Stars. Chose them and you will not go wrong!

After viewing multiple new builds around town, we knew after visiting a Superior HM home we would not be satisfied with anyone else. We absolutely love our home! The design and build is unmatched here. I have my dream kitchen and couldn’t be happier. Mike and Katia were so patient and accommodating with our requests. They made sure we were going to be completely satisfied and we are! They absolutely care that the quality and finishes of the home is done right and if not they were sure to get it fixed. I couldn’t recommend Superior HM enough!

Superior H&M Homes built a new home for us almost two years ago. Mike Mostaghasi and his construction team built us an outstanding home. Many guests to our home have complimented the outstanding quality and upscale architecture features built into home and the overall quality of home construction.Superior H&M homes demonstrated detail to quality, provided upscale features, paid attention to quality construction details and were great to work with throughout the home construction process.Many Thanks to the complete Superior H&M Homes Team for building our home.

I can totally couch for Mr. Mike we do business with him on a daily basis for years. His great attitude and business attitude towards his customers and vendors are outstanding. top notch. He is wonderful to do business with. We have never had a better builder to work with and he makes beautiful homes for others to enjoy!!! Thanks Mike for always being the best!!!😊😊😊
