A friend of mine purchased a Home at Venice Homes Sunrise village he is very satisfied with his purchase and the process, I paid them a visit to get more information As a realtor that would help future clients. They have awesome floor plans, the lots are a great size, a ton of options in builds and financing I was impressed! The neighborhood is great too I fell in love with that part of town. they truly want to help the client get into a great new build! I went out to preview the homes for future clients and I was very impressed with Venice Homes. A lot of nice touches like rounded corners, many options for flooring and counters at base prices. They even use tankless water heaters and radiant barrier. Great price point, good sized lots and lower taxes. These homes are well built and Debbie was so informative and knowledgeable! Visited Sunrise Village today! Beautiful home sights with vast selections of floor plans to suite everyone’s lifestyle. Easy access to Randolf Brooks JBSA, The Forum shopping center, San Marcos and Austin, TX. Debbie, Thank you giving me a one on one tour around your new community and deco center. It’s absolutely stunning. I’m definitely bringing my Clients by. Can’t wait to attend your Grand Opening!

Very nice new small community, nice houses, lots of construction now, has great standard fixtures and of course lots of upgrades. A bit further than I expected.
