Derek Winn was amazing in helping me and my client with the purchase of there first home. Derek took the time and effort to answer all there questions. Also really made a great impression with my clients, he took the time to explain and show several floor plans and made it an effortless experience. I would definitely recommend working with Derek in the future!

Derek is absolutely amazing! My wife & I are first time buyers, and we just happened to pass by Summerhill. He showed us around & answered our annoying texts and calls at all times. We went around the whole city looking for houses, and Derek was the only person who wasn’t interested in making a sale, but making sure we were comfortable and satisfied with the house we wanted. You really can’t go wrong with Derek Winn!! He was essential for us as first time buyers!!

Derek was super sweet and understood our needs when it came to our forever home, and he went to battle for us, unfortunately due to Corvette’s profiling minorities we did not purchase a home. In the future I will locate him again and refer him business.Thank You Derek Winn for being so caring to me and my husband. I will never do business with Legend in fact I still haven’t received my $1,000 earnest money from back in July!!!

Went in not really expecting much, we visit 3 other builders and didn’t get much info. Derek took his time to find out our needs and walked us through the process.We felt so at home, he even played football with our son in the background of the model, needless to say their homes were beautiful and we purchased the Avery floor plan. Great experience and we can’t wait to get our keys

We purchased and recently moved into our new home in Summer Hill. We’ve been looking for a home for about 6 months when we decided to go with Summer Hill back in January. Don and his team gave us weekly updates on the home, answered all of our questions and concerns, and made sure the end product was exactly what we were asking for. Don was always available for us, and Zach was very involved with every step of the construction of our home. We did thorough walk throughs, and made the journey of our home purchase as easy as could be. We couldn’t recommend Bella Vista enough, and if you get Don you know you will get great customer service. 5 stars!!!
