Ive recently bought a really nice home in this community and I had the absolute best rep, Alex Horton. Not only was she knowledgeable about the houses and the features they offered, but she also provided the benefits I would receive along with those features. One of the things I loved most about her was she wasnt pushy. I can be a bit indecisive, and she allowed me to be that until I made my final decision, without pestering me! Shes a total sweetheart and is on top of her stuff. Im very confident that if I have any issues concerning my home, she will ensure they are resolved. Which is another reason I decided to go with this community. Alex was super helpful and Im grateful to have met her. Thank you Alex for everything, I appreciate you.

I secured my home here on 9/29/23. It is exactly what I was looking for! The staff is very welcoming. I want to specifically mention Alexandra Horton who was so helpful, she worked and guided me step by step to ensure that I got all the documents needed for closure. She responded to my questions professionally and took me to several homes for a tour before deciding on one. She is the reason I am here today. The neighborhood is quiet, a place that you can comfortably call home. I will recommend them always. I give them a five-star!

I am in love with my DR Horton Home! Thank you to Alex Horton for always being available to answer any questions I’ve had during and after the build process. She kept me informed through pictures and check in or what was happening.I recently had an issue with my sod and thanks to Alex she was able to escalate the situation to builder management and my front and back sod has been replaced! Our experience has been nothing but positive from the moment we walked in the office and met Alex! She made our first time homebuying experience amazing! She has such a welcoming and positive energy, that we just fell in love with. Honestly it was her personality that made us choose this builder. We highly recommend working with Alex as she not only assisted us in finding our dream home, but also ensured that the entire transaction ran smoothly considering the fact that we were relocating from another state we were very anxious and anticipated some hiccups along the way but didn’t run into any road blocks. I’m very pleased with my new home and the young lady that help me with getting to see the floor plans and the home from a distance we where out of state throw the hole shopping for the home and Alex worked with my realtor to insure we had a good experience and to to work though video of the home she also helped when we had a few bumps in the road to get though the hole buying made sure she always keep me up to date on how things where going extra I would recommend Alex to anybody looking to buy
