Pat is awesome! His customer service during the purchase of my home at 309 Fox Hollow Blvd Forney Texas 75126 was awesome. The home was built to last! Great quality in the build and he ensures all of the homes are throughly built. He is always around to assist even after closing. Love Pat! -

I purchased a Sumeer home in 1999 and loved my home, sold it in 2004. If I could afford to purchase another house from Sumeer Homes, I would. I was not disappointed. π
