Greg has done 3 major projects for me, among them a major house additions. It’s not an everyday occurrence these times to find a construction contractor who has the highest integrity/work ethic, pays attention to quality, is a good communicator and is customer oriented. That’s Greg and Success Construction.

Greg Simmons has done great work for us. His crew were polite, trustworthy, and very competent. He works with a decorator who chose materials and paint colors that we love and are very suitable for our kitchen and master bath refresh.Greg stayed in touch with us during the work, and was always ready to answer our questions. He made sure any small misunderstandings were corrected, and was cheerful about it. He also followed up with subcontractors and moved the job along without delays.A month later we are still grinning as we look at the changes!

Greg and his team did outstanding work on recent rennovations on our home. Greg was took a thoughtful approach to balance our wants with what the house actually needed, explaining the why and providing us different options from a cost perspective where he could. His crew was very friendly and very clean. They made sure things inside the home were covered and protected while they worked and cleaned up at the end of every day which was much appreciated. We look forward to having them back for our next project!

We have also had the pleasure of helping their clients sell and lease homes that they built, renovated, or did work on. Its nice to know you can refer clients that purchase homes or have homes that need work and look to us as Realtors in and around Houston Texas for guidance on who to hire for their construction needs. Greg and Success construction take pride in the details, coordination, and communication required to have a great final product. That is something hard to find when it comes to construction.
