During the pandemic we decided to remodel our home. After some thorough research we decided on Structure Builders (SB) to handle the remodel. She explained the areas she wanted work done to SB, who offered their suggestions as well. After a thorough review, my wife and SB signed an agreement in July 22 with demolition slated to begin August 15.The construction process was a bit hectic because the workers were everywhere, but each were polite and were ready to answer any questions we had. Through the process, Rudy and his team checked in on the progress and pointed out areas not up to his standards. The slight blemishes were quickly fixed.As construction neared an end, the team at SB began doing a pre-walk through to ensure the site was cleaned up. Some mud was tracked into our bedroom carpet during rainy construction. SB dispatched a carpet cleaning service to clean the entire room; the carpet looks better than before construction started.The final walk-through went well. Rudy, the owner, personally came out to make sure the work was up to both his and our standards. We are highly satisfied with both the final result as well as the professionalism of SB. I would hire them again to remodel other rooms of our home.

Structure Builders built a 24x12 screen porch and a 16x12 covered patio and installed French doors. Rudy and his team were outstanding all the way through the project. My wife and I had been want to do this project since moving to Texas. Talked to many contractors over a two year period. Found Rudy and the wait paid off. The job is beautiful, it looks as it was built with the house. I would recommend Structure Builders and Rudys team to anyone. The professionalism, the recommendations, the team courtesy, and understanding of what we wanted was OUTSTANDING. Thanks for the GREAT work.

Rudy and his crew are professional in every way. They are meticulous in their work and didnt hesitate to change or re-do details that we werent happy with. Their objective was not just to complete the job, but to ensure we are completely happy with the job at the end of the day. Employees are courteous and friendly and willing to go above and beyond to make the job right. The price was fair and comparable to other quotes wed received. We were burned by other contractors and have learned our lesson. We have now hired Rudy for a 3rd major job!

Waiting patiently for the work to begin, but when Rudy came out to give me an estimate he was extremely professional and personal. He gave me a fair quote and we are looking forward to having the kitchen remodeled, along with new flooring and painting of the entire kitchen/dining area. In the meantime, Rudy helped me get a DIY project completed by sending a tile person over to finish a fireplace I had started on my own. I love how it turned out!

Structure Builders has been such a blessing to work with. I had several companies come to evaluate and quote estimates for the remodeling of my mother’s house and only Structure Builders stood out. Not only for having the best quality when comparing the quotes, but because it was the only company that the owner, himself, did the consultation. Structure Builders truly has a close contract, they did not charge me anything extra even after finding mold in the demolition process, I stayed within my 150k contract. Rudy was always available for any questions or concerns during the entire process. Always honest in explaining any delays, whether due to weather or material delays. All of his crews are exceptional in their expertise, professional and very polite, I especially want to recognize Enrique and Humberto for going above and beyond their duties. I always felt safe with all his crews in the house, even when it was just my mother alone. The ladies at the office were also always available and quickly to response to any questions. I will definitely use them again for all future projects. Thank you Rudy for making our dreams come true, we love our new remodeled home, my mom loves hosting all occasions now!

I cannot say enough positive things about Structure Builders! I had an incredibly life changing event resulting from a 12Ft Uhaul driving into my 50 year old brick house. I went online and found Structure Builders for repairs. From the very beginning, Rudy was punctual, attentive, and showed immense empathy towards the severity of the damages and situation. Rudy walked me through each and every detail, time frame, and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His employees are the best there are! The attention to detail, perfection, and attitude, made the whole experience much easier than ever anticipated. Rudy, and his entire team went incredibly far above, and beyond, and I can not thank them enough! I will NEVER use another company for my home. Rudy and his team are the best there is! If you care about detail, attentiveness, and an overall incredible result, Structure Builders is your company!!!

I called Structure Builders because Rudy was referred to me as an honest and fair contractor and I was not disappointed. From the beginning of the process everything was more than expected. Starting w/the office staff, the young ladies (Jessica & Kat) were friendly and professional, striving to accommodate around my schedule when setting up the initial two meetings with Rudy. Now a days, its not customary for the owner of a company to meet w/their clients, but Rudy takes pride in doing so to ensure the customers needs are meet and they understand his background and that is very impressive. Rudy is a Veteran and it immediately shows through his professionalism and punctuality. I hired them immediately for my remodeling. Its a huge project, therefore Ive had different set of workers in and out of the house. Every single one of them has been friendly, professional and very knowledgably in their line of business. Jose and Ray have been incredible. They do amazing work, theyre fast and they clean up after themselves daily. Rudy very involved, he communicates regularly to ensure everything is being meet and to check if there are any other concerns while the remodeling is being done. Ive felt so comfortable and safe with them there while my family and I were inside minding our business, so much that Ive given them a key to the house for them to work there alone since Ive returned physically back to work. Remodeling is normally a hectic and stressful time, but I must admit this has been a very pleasant and enjoyable journey. Did I mention they custom make the kitchen cabinets? They do and do an amazing job too. I am super happy with their work, but most especially to have chosen a contractor who has incredible workers, I cant wait for the final project to be complete. I will not recommend anyone else for any project except Structure Builders.

Rudy Paez, Owner of Structure Builders, is the most professional and compassionate contractor ever. Their services are superb. Their crew members are cohesive and hard working, and they seem happy in performing their jobs. Rudy and Structure Builders went over and above what I expected. I will continue to utilize their services for future remodel jobs. At 65 years of age, other contractors have taken advantage of me. It was a pleasure working with Rudy, Tony, and the many other crew members who worked on my home for two weeks. They will be performing another project for me within a week or two.

I called Structure Builders after having a conversation with one of their employees (Tony) at a gas pump. Tony was driving a company truck while pumping gas. I read the side of the truck and asked about a deck I wanted built on my property. Tony spoke highly of the company he worked for. He answered a few of my questions and told me to give them a call. I was impressed with this mans enthusiasm and pride that he showed for the company he worked for. I called Rudy and scheduled an estimate. Rudy arrived at my home on time and as agreed. I appreciate it very much when someone is punctual. I told Rudy how much I was impressed with the conversation I had with his employee. Rudy told me hes been in business for many years and regularly gives back to the community through scholarships. I made up my mind right then and there that this was going to be the company I hired to build my deck. The work started a little late because of the weather we were having but once they started they made significant progress everyday. I especially like the online portal that allowed for payment of services. The deck was completed on schedule and Rudy even added a little extra at no charge. My eighty year old mother lives with me, she recently had a stroke. Rudy added hand rails to my deck so that Mom could walk the perimeter while holding the handrails. The workers that showed up to do the job were polite and respectful. I watched them work in the heat via my security cameras. Everyday they would clean up their work area before leaving for the day. I get many compliments on the deck and most importantly Mom loves it! Thank you to you Mr Rudy Paiz and your team of professionals for a job well done. I tell everyone that asks me about the deck to give you a call if they want something similar.A very happy customer.

Rudy and his crew removed and replaced my exterior siding down to the studs on my home in Rockport. The OSB was replaced and they installed house wrap and installed Hardie lap siding per manufacturers installation requirements. Also replaced all the windows and doors. Project was done in a timely manner and quality was very good! I would recommend Structure Builders to anyone looking to make any improvements or additions to their home!

After having plenty of headaches with remodeling contractors in San Antonio, I was lucky to find Structure Builders. I hired Rudy and his team to add a covered porch off the back of my home and the entire process went exactly as it should. His carpenters clearly knew what they were doing and recommended some simple upgrades to my design. They showed up everyday and often worked until dark. Best of all, their bid was more affordable than most others and there was no wrangling over unexpected costs along the way. Rudy runs a tight ship and pays for good talent that can handle most any type of construction. My new porch looks great. I was impressed and will recommend them to my neighbors without hesitation.

Contacted Structure Builders due to good reviews on another site. Met with Rudy Paiz, who was very knowledgeable and professional. We wanted a garage addition with a flat rooftop patio. Where other contractors had said it would be impossible, Rudy said OF COURSE WE CAN DO IT!. Job turned out great with a fair price, and Rudy went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied. Even when the requirements of the job evolved along the way, he worked with us to make our project exactly as we wanted, and didnt try to gouge us on the price for every little change. I think the most important part of picking a contractor is to find one who will work not just for you, but WITH you, and Structure Builders fits that bill. I have already contacted them again for another addition, which should obviously illustrate they have my highest recommendation.

I needed a lot of work done to sell my house. Old wood Replace and the whole house painted. Front porch entrance had uneven Decorative braces that he replaced with cedar and made all the differences in the world. My fence was replaced and gates made sturdy with hinges that I could lock on either side. Jose, Cocoa, and Tony where great guys the did excellent work. My house looks brand new with the work they did. I would defiantly recommend them for any building or remolding job.

My husband contracted with StructureBuilders to do some exterior painting. We had to wait a bit because of rain, but once the job was begun, the excellent painters did a meticulous job, prepping, and caulking, then painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work that was done for us.

The person answering the phones was very nice. They were able to set up an appointment that fit my schedule. The guy that came to my house was very knowledgeable and answered all my and my husbands questions. Work took a little while to start but they let me know ahead of time before we signed the contract. The final outcome is more than we expected. We will definitely recommend Structure Builders for any one looking for remodling.

We chose Structure Builders to install James Hardie siding on our San Antonio home. We also had them paint our exterior doors and install 4 new Simonton windows and our home looks like new! It looks refreshed, and the best part is, itll stay that way for years to come. Their contractors were friendly and professional and they completed the job within the timeframe they quoted. I would highly recommend Structure Builders as one of the best San Antonio construction companies!
