Beautiful community that is tucked away in Van Alstyne on 1 acre homesites. Great local home builder that has been building homes in the DFW area for more than 14 years. They build thoughtful designs with high end finishes. Its also a one stop shop... You purchase, select finishes and close on your home all at the model location!! Check it out!!
