I had an outstanding experience with Stonefield Homes! From the moment I arrived, Rachel Graham made me feel at home. The quality of the homes is impressive, and the attention to detail is evident throughout the entire process. Rachel’s knowledge of their homes and the community was invaluable, and she took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for. Her friendly demeanor and professionalism made the home-buying process smooth and enjoyable. As a realtor with 13 years under my belt in this industry I have a lot of good things to say about Stonefield Homes & specifically their sales agent, Rachel Graham. From the moment my Client’s and I entered the community it just felt like home. Stonefield’s attention to detail was something that stuck out right away. They’re not only building a quality product but I was taken aback by the fact that they had someone operating a street sweeper to prevent nails and debris from being in the roadway as we toured. The quality of construction and materials was something we discussed as we toured. Rachel Graham, is one of the most professional New Home Consultants I’ve had the good fortune to work with in a long time. Having been a Realtor herself she understands what Buyer’s want in a home as well as how to work with their Agent(s). She rolled with us through change orders, negotiations, and all our questions as if it was EFFORTLESS.I would work with Rachel & Stonefield over & over again if given the opportunity. 10/10 !!! Can’t recommend them enough!

We came across Stonefield homes in Heath and fell in love before the model was even finished. We could see all the potential the home had just bare bones. Then we met Rachel! She is really one of the nicest and personable sales reps we’ve met. Excellent communication and truly just a gem!We haven’t moved forward on a home YET. We just relocated from DC and are waiting to close out some things there. However, when we’re cleared, we plan to make Stonefield our dream home in Heath! We recently visited Heath Golf and Yacht and toured the model home. The sales rep was very professional and explained all the standards and options to us. Their standards seem to be a step above other homes we have toured.
