Im a local Real Estate Agent in Richmond, and I stopped by StoneCreek Estates to view their model home and inventory homes for my client. Paul attended me, he was very friendly and helpful, this builder offers great incentives for inventory homes and homes to be built. I highly recommend Ashton Woods as a local Real Estate Agent.

We had an amazing experience with Paul and Tiffany from Ashton Woods at StoneCreek Estates!! They were so kind and made sure we get the best deal on the house we wanted. they even went above and beyond to convince their manager to sell the house for the price we offered. it really felt like they were on our side to make sure we get the best deal on the property. @Ashton Woods /Stone Creek Estate!Tiffany and Paul have been extremely amazing by making my first home buying process seamless. They have gone above and beyond to ascertain that all my questions were answered in a very professional manner and all my concerns and doubts were addressed very precisely.They explained everything to me so clearly that it was very easy for me to make a decision in terms of what I need and what I was looking for. You can tell that they are genuinely honest and eager to assist me with anything. They are very prompt in responding to my emails or returning my telephone calls. They are never tired of my questions. I am super ecstatic and pleased to have chosen Ashton Woods to build my first home and having @Tiffany @Paul to guide me through such a challenging journey. If I were to start all over again I would not do it any other way but with Ashton Woods and crews. I thanked God for sending these wonderful people my way. Where do I begin! Tiffany was heaven sent. We are in the process of buying our third home and attempted this process with another builder who passed judgement on me and my husband and was very demeaning and deceptive to us. We were about to give up on building our forever home until…. We stopped by the Ashton Woods office in Stone Creek Estates and meet Tiffany. From her warm and comforting demeanor. To understanding all we had been through. She answered all of our questions and some. Tiffany is the most knowledgeable home salesperson I have ever meet.She made sure to leave a lasting impression. We were so impressed by her compassion and professionalism. We knew Ashton Woods is who we wanted to build our forever home with and came right back today to finalize the contract. Process was smooth! Great homes and the sales associates (Paul- the chinese cowboy) are helpful and the entire process was a straight shot!! Definitely recommend this builder to others!
