We hired Stately Homes as our GC for 3 new construction beach homes and a townhome. As working professionals, it’s essential for our investments to have a streamline process and quick response time. The Stately Homes team and subcontractors were these and more. They provided a variety of selections in our budget, coordinated design meetings and built each of our homes just as we imagined and hoped they would be. We are extremely happy with their staff and the workmanship of their homes. Management was very engaged, prompt to address any questions or concerns that naturally come up during construction and we will continue to work with this trustworthy company.

Ted and his wife Stephanie built us a fantastic custom home in Houston. This was an expensive 4600 sq ft home. It was completed on time and on budget. It exceeded our expectations. We would use Stately Homes again. A great experience!!

Stately Homes took over our entire remodel after Harvey. We lifted the house and took it to the studs and they put it back together again. I cannot day enough positive things about Stephanie (our GC) and Ted and their office staff. Stephanie brought in amazing subs for all projects. My kitchen, my floors, my sheetrock and painting, my new staircase, the electrical- it’s all exactly what I wanted it to be. If we ever build new, they will be my only call.

Stately was contracted to repaint interior of our 2400+ square foot, 2-story house prior to putting it on the market. Job was completed on time, contractors were very professional; did and excellent job. House sold within a week after listing.
