Working with StarPointe Builders has been an absolute pleasure! Brandi and Jeremy went above and beyond to educate us on the entire build process—from financing options to selecting the perfect floorplan and finishes. Their expertise and patience made what could have been overwhelming feel so manageable.They even took the time to visit our property and offer their professional opinion on the best location to build, ensuring everything is perfectly planned from the start. While we haven’t begun the build yet, their dedication and attention to detail have us incredibly excited for what’s to come.Highly recommend StarPointe Builders for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, professional, and caring team! Being a 1st time home buyer in this area and all the horror stories I’ve heard about other agents/builders.I was extremely nervous about the entire process. From the 1st phone call working with Brandi at StarPointe homes, she quickly alleviated my concerns.Every question was answered quickly. Every phone call was returned in a timely manner.She was intentional and listened to our every need/want. Gave us advice on some things we thought we wanted but in the end she was right and we didn’t want it that way.If I could give StarPointe and Brandi 10 stars I would!Can’t wait for them to build our next one!

Hired Starpointe as a contractor for our remodel. Could not be happier with the outcome. Jeremy’s team was onsite 15 minutes early, and started work immediately. Could not be more impressed with Alan his knowledge of construction was vast and he was very quick with every task at hand. Starpointe is punctual, quick, knowledgeable, and was honest during all conversations regarding our job. This is now our go to recommendation for remodels and new construction! If you need construction done the correct way check them out!

I have worked along side many contractors/builders in the area. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is when there is clear communication and they’re dependable it makes our install a lot smoother resulting in a job well done. I can trust Jeremy and his team to have all of the prep work done before our install. Reducing the need to re-schedule or delay the project. It’s important to us that our teammates follow through on their end to meet our requirements to complete our projects properly and I never have issues with StarPointe Homes.

His years of experience were evident early in the design process and he brought several new ideas that combined appeal and functionality. Jeremy and his crews replaced all the old siding with hardie planks and painted the house. They also replaced two exterior doors. He put me in touch with an excellent roofer that replaced our old roof. That was done in about eight hours.I neglected to mention that the siding was done in nine hours and the siding crews and both crews cleaned up the site as well in those time frames. Jeremy has his own dumpsters and hauled away two loads from the cleanups.The painters caulked everything, removing the old caulk from the existing soffits and fascia boards. They primed the old soffits and fascia boards as well before painting.Our home is 31 years old and looks like a new house now.I would highly recommend Star Pointe for any remodeling or construction.They also remodeled my 93 year old father’sbathroom so he has a walk in shower with new flooring and fixtures with new paint. They did this for much less than the ads you might see on tv.
