SmartShield did a fantastic job. I spoke to James who was VERY responsive and gave me a few choices for replacing our shake roof. Time was of the essence and James and team were on top of it, keeping me posted on progress along the way. No hidden fees - just good business. Also needed Invoice to submit to insurance company and got immediate help from Susan in the office. Nice job highly recommended.

I had Eric do my roof as well as paint and repair rotted wood. Eric did what he said he would do and did a fantastic job of explaining the process before I ever agreed to let him do the job. He was very caring and answered all my questions and made sure I understood what would be happening each day. Eric inspected the work at each checkpoint to make sure it was all done correctly. The contractors he used were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up and making sure everything was put back the way it was before they started. If you are looking for a roofer I definitely recommend Eric and SmartShield roofing.

James Arnold came out to replace a whirly bird on my home. I then hired him to paint my house AND put on A new roof !! I am so happy with his work. He’s honest, and did an amazing job. We were very pleased with the job. He was very helpful with working with our insurance. He didn’t try to over sale anything that we didn’t need. He was exactly on time every morning. He was also very prompt on his promises. He said, when he could do the job, how long it would take, and how long the workers would be there to do the job. He was also there everyday or his father-in-law to oversee the job. We would highly recommend him. He was upfront from the beginning how much was going to be out of our pockets. There was no surprises at anytime. Thank you for a job well done.

Im a first time home owner going through my first time with an insurance claim due to storm damage. John walked me through everything, went out of his way to make sure things got done correctly not just with the house but with the insurance company as well. While I hope I dont have to use him again, Ill definitely use him again if I ever need to
